Poconos’ Dining Classics

BlendaPeppe’s Bistro in East Stroudsburg

Known for
Brick oven pizza and classic Italian American fare

Added bonus
The Farda Family harvests fresh, seasonal ingredients locally, shopping farmers markets, farm stands, and local purveyors to feature ingredients at the peak of the season. Blenda Perryman is the mother hen of Peppe’s! The 20 year Peppe’s veteran is the welcoming face at the door, the hostess assuring a perfect evening, and often the photographer, capturing special events for posterity!

In their words:
Blenda and Peppe’s owner Tom Farda spend a TON of time at the restaurant, when they’re not there, they love cooking at home!

Tom: “I don’t cook. My wife cooks. I love her roasted lemon chicken. And on a nice summer day, a nice roasted chicken with tomatoes and cucumbers and sweet corn on the cob is as good as it gets. When we go out, we head to Smuggler’s Cove.”

Blenda: “I love to cook BBQ chicken, Brussels sprouts, and saffron rice. My favorite place to eat when I’m not at work is home. But I love Peppe’s… the best part is the customers. And the staff is my family- they are like my children!”
